Can I refuse import duties and taxes?

Yes, you have the option to refuse to pay import duties and taxes. However, please be aware of the following:

  • If you choose not to pay these fees, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In this scenario, we will refund you the product price minus any possible surcharges from the postal carrier.

  • The refund will be issued once the return has been processed and inspected by our warehouse, which can take up to at least 45 days in some cases.
