Good to know:
- Not every delivery address will be quoted for every shipping method in our system. For example, UPS - Standard is only within the EU and UPS - Express Saver is only outside of the EU.
- If your shipment needs to clear local customs, that time is not included in the above estimates. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for customs clearance.
- The timing expectation starts the moment the parcel is picked up by the carrier, which can be up to 2 days after the order is fulfilled.
- Most North America orders get shipped out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Sometimes orders get shipped out of secondary warehouses operated by our fulfillment center, including:
- Allentown, Pennsylvania
- Fort Worth, Texas
- Jacksonville, Florida
