When is my order getting sent out?


Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details and a link to your order detail page. When your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Details:

    • In-Stock Items: If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery time will depend on your destination and chosen shipping method.
    • Backorder or Pre-Order Items: Estimated shipping and/or delivery dates are provided on the product page, in the cart, and at checkout. You can also check the latest product status and estimates on the Product Status page.
    • Multiple Items: If your order includes both in-stock and backordered/pre-ordered items, we will wait to ship the order until all items are available. The estimated shipping and delivery date will be adjusted to the latest available item.
    • Separate Shipments: If you wish to ship your order in advance of completing all items, a shipping fee will apply. To request this, please contact our customer service team by submitting a support request through the Wooting Support Wizard

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times will depend on the item details and the carrier. All estimates are based on business days unless specified otherwise.
