How long does it take for my order to get packed?

Since whole batches of orders are submitted at once, the fulfillment centers need time to pack up every order. Here are some key points to consider:

  • Typical timeframe: The packing process typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • Order volume: High order volumes, such as during sales or holidays, might slightly extend the packing time.
  • Shipping delays: If your order hasn't shipped after 4 business days, there might be a hang-up. Use the Contact Us button on the Hub to ask for a status update.
  • Track and trace: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packed and shipped out.
