My tracking link doesn't work!


If your tracking link isn't working, there are a few common causes and solutions:

  • Carrier hasn't processed the shipment yet:
    • Cause: Carrier hasn't processed the shipment yet. It often takes 24 to 48 hours before a tracking link resolves into a trackable shipment.
    • Solution: Wait at least 72 hours (excluding Sundays) for the tracking link to start working, if it still doesn't register then contact us via the Wooting Hub.
  • New carrier unsupported by our system:
    • Cause: New carrier is unsupported by our system. In the US we aren't able to pick the parcel carrier and sometimes the fulfillment center uses a carrier that our system isn't familiar with, so the tracking link sent is incorrect formatted.
    • Solution: Contact us via the Wooting Hub to have us manually send over the correct link.
