I didn't receive my refund


Once the refund is initiated, it will typically be posted to your original payment method in 2-3 business days. Cross-currency transactions often take up to 2 weeks before they are made available in your account.

If you received confirmation from our team via email that the refund was initiated but haven't gotten your money back, please reach out to our customer service team by submitting a support request through the Wooting Support Wizard or contact your bank directly for more information.
