I want to cancel my (pre) order

You can cancel your order or pre-order any time prior to it shipping from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • Reach out to our customer service team by submitting a support request through the Wooting Support Wizard.
  • Ensure you use the same email address associated with your order.
  • Ensure to provide the order number when you're submitting the cancellation request.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it and confirm the cancellation via email.
