The best place to find the order number and batch name is via your account in the Wooting Hub!

The Wooting Hub lists all of your pre-orders, and the batch name of the product in your order with the latest arrival date.

Please note that we did not create an account for you automatically after checkout. You need to register an account using the same email address associated with your order to be able to log in to the hub.
