How can I return part of my order?

To return any part of your order, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a support request through the Wooting Support Wizard.
  • Ensure to provide your order number and specify which product(s) you wish to return.
  • Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms or labels.
  • Ensure the item(s) you are returning are in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Please note that for partial returns, we do not refund the original shipping costs. Additionally, the cost of return shipment is not covered.
