My order has been returned, but I have not received an refund


If you have returned your order but have not yet received a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check for refund notification: First, verify if you received a refund notification from us via email.
  • Processing time: Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes a few business days to process the refund. After processing, the refund should be posted to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Cross-currency transactions: If your original payment was in a different currency, cross-currency transactions often take an additional 2-3 business days before the refund is available in your account.

If you received confirmation from our team that the refund was initiated but haven't seen the funds in your account, please reach out to us or your bank for more information.
