The product I want is not sold on the US store

We currently only stock ANSI layout products at our US warehouse location. This guide explains how to access our EU/Worldwide store to place orders for items such as ISO layout keyboards and keycaps in other languages.

Our storefront is unfortunately not set up for this kind of cross-region shopping, and a bit of a workaround is required in order to order to the US from our European warehouse instead.

Changing your store

In order to access our internation store, you must first change your location by clicking the Globe icon on our main website. Anywhere in Europe will do to change away from our US store.

Proceed through checkout as normal, selecting the items you'd like to order, until you're asked to select a courier. Pick any option here, and do not change your location - as this will inadvertendly change your store location back to the US.

Using your US address

On the next screen, you will be asked for your full delivery information, as well as a payment option. You can safely fill out the fields here as you would normally, pick a courier option and a payment method as well.

Note on shipping from the EU and import duties

Orders for personal use with a value of under $800 can be imported duty free to the US.
