How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
The purpose of this article is to explain where and how you can change your (shipping) address yourself using our Wooting HUB.
Important notes
Please be aware that not all address changes are possible due to different local rules and regulations. The automated system we provide cannot be used in the following cases:
- You need to change your address to a different country (or city when you’re from the US).
- Your order is on hold.
- Your order is being fulfilled.
How and Where to do it
Step 1: Log into the Order Hub
You can login here: https://hub.wooting.io/auth/login
If you don't have an account yet, simply create one using the same email address used for your order.
Step 2: Find the order you want to update
Once you have logged in, you'll land on an overview page.
You can find “My orders” on the left hand side of the screen, if you click on it you will find a list of all your past orders.
Click the yellow "View this order" button to make changes to that order.
Step 3: Edit your shipping information
In the top right corner of the order you'll find the shipping address and phone number for your order.
Did you accidentally use the address for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam instead of your home address? No problem!
Click the edit button in the top right corner of the shipping information card to update it.
