Our 30-Day No Hassle Return Policy

We have a 30-day No Hassle return policy for our products that are purchased directly via our storefronts. This article explains the details of this policy.


Can all orders be returned?

All orders delivered worldwide can be returned for a refund as part of our 30-day return policy.

The cost of the return shipment is not covered, except for within the Netherlands.

Which products can be returned?

In general, all of our products can be returned.

In order for the return to be fully refunded, the product must be in its original packaging and in good condition. Otherwise, we might not be able to accept this return.

There are three exceptions:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Products sold as refurbished, special sale, or garage sale

How long can I use my product and still return it for a refund?

Our return policy is 30 days, which starts from the day that the shipment tracking states it was delivered.

Can I return a product that I ordered through a 3rd party retailer like Amazon?

It is better to return those products directly to the retailer through their return process.

Can pre-orders be returned?

Pre-orders cannot be returned because they haven't been sent yet! But they can be canceled any time prior to shipping from our warehouse.

Product defects and warranty claims:

If your order has a defect or any other kind of warranty claim, that is handled separately from the 30-day return policy.

In general, our goal is to resolve warranty claims by repairing or replacing the affected product, not returning items for a refund. Should you experience a defect when you receive the product and are dissatisfied with how the situation is resolved, we will typically allow the item to be returned for a refund even if it's a little beyond the 30-day window. However, that is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.

Are there any fees for returns?

Yes, but we pay that fee for you for the first and the second returns.

Our payment processor charges us a substantial fee for every refund that is processed. This is pretty typical for most small businesses. We will cover the refund fees for the first two order returns. Should you place a third order and request a third return, we will be forced to levy a 10% return fee to cover these costs, as well as any subsequent orders returned.

Additional Fee for High-Value Orders

For orders that exceed $1000/€1000, there will be a 10% returns fee regardless of whether it is the first or second return.

Are shipping costs refunded?

Shipping costs associated with the original order are refunded.

Is the return shipment covered?

Return shipments as part of the 30-day return policy are not covered, except for shipments within the Netherlands.

Return shipments for warranty claims may be covered, as outlined in the warranty policy linked above.

What happens after I send my product back for a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please be aware that once a return is delivered to our warehouse or RMA portal, it typically takes 2-3 business days before it gets received and inspected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will post to your original payment method in 2-3 business days.

If your refund is not approved, we will reach out directly with next steps. This is very rare, but may be used in the case of obvious policy abuse or something similar.

How are gift orders handled?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the payment method used on the original order and they will find out about your return.
