How to Find Your Batch Name
All of our products are produced in batches, and we give each batch a unique name. We use that to keep track of when products are expected to arrive at our fulfillment centers, and you can use it to find out when your pre-order is expected to ship!
Wooting Hub
The best place to find the batch name for each of the products in your order is via your account in the Wooting Hub!

The Wooting Hub lists all of your pre-orders, and the batch name of the product in your order with the latest arrival date.

This will show you the estimated shipment date for your batch, and the batch name of the product in your order with the latest arrival date.
