Game profile - PUBG
This guide will only help you get started, it's recommended to explore better options and test around with the analog curve.
If you still run and old version of the PUBG analog settings. I recommend to reset all your settings by throwing out all the WindowsNoEditor text files, and then firing up the game. It will replace these with original versions.
PUBG is still unpolished and comes with a number of quirks. The latest updates, including the Xbox release, have made a few fundamental changes to the analog control.
Now there's only 2 step analog walking speed, but still full analog parachute and driving control. Since the analog walking comes with a quirk that affects the gameplay, incidental opening of the Xbox inventory menu.
I recommend to only analog control over the parachute and driving. The following profile is additionally optimized towards avoiding errors in the heat of action.
You will need to swap in between 2 profiles. 1 is for on foot, and 1 is for driving/parachuting. They can both work for either situation, only the profile for on-foot doesn't have analog steering.
The driving/parachuting profile also works fine on-foot but you'll see Xbox artifacts and might encounter the Xbox inventory menu while opening your inventory.
I have disabled analog forwards and backwards driving for less mistakes in the heat of battle. For parachuting, you can only control it with the driving/parachuting profile and not with the on-foot profile.
Without my specific changes, you would originally need to swap your profile every time you enter or exit a vehicle. I've made a couple of changes that allows you to use the on-foot and vehicle profile in either in or outside of a vehicle.
Therefore it's not necessary to swap profile in the heat of a moment. But each profile is optimized for its purpose. E.g. in on-foot profile there's no analog steering.
The following is how and why (skip this if your don't care):
R2 (right trigger) is driving forwards in vehicle and equal to shooting when outside of a vehicle. If you quickly exit the vehicle for whatever reason and forget to swap to the on-foot profile, you'll start shooting. To avoid this, I avoided R2/L2 for driving and kept it to the digital W & S key.
If you're on foot, and quickly enter a vehicle to get away or get in and out a lot, you need to be able to drive with the on-foot profile. Otherwise, you're swapping around all the time.
Therefore, all the digital WASD keys for driving still work. BUT, in the analog driving profile, A and D are shifted to an actuation point of 3.6mm, therefore you'll have analog steering while all your other keys still react at the fastest (or your) set actuation point.
If you're driving around on a motorcycle and jump from a ramp, you'll have Air control with your W and S key. If you rather continue using the Spacebar + CTRL key for that while holding down the throttle, you'll need to remove analog Parachute control.
To do that, you'll need to keep W and S in the parachute bindings and remove the W and S from left analog stick forward and backwards.
You will need to swap in between 2 profiles. 1 is for on foot, and 1 is for driving/parachute.
You can easily swap between the following 2 profiles with the MODE key.
(On-foot) Digital profile: no code needed.
((Driving/parachuting) Analog profile: ecd79665-8f8f-d5d5-269b-789f7d72955d
Go to Settings>Controls, scroll down until you see the Parachute bindings. Click the key and press ESC to remove the binding. Press Apply once all removed. We DON'T need/do the same for driving.
If you rather not have Air control over vehicles with W and S, then keep the Move forward and backward on W and S respectively. Read chapter IMPORTANT: Small quirk for more

Remember to swap to Analog profile for analog driving and parachuting. Swap to digital profile with the MODE key for on-foot and press MODE again to swap to your analog profile.
Happy hunting and if you have any feedback or improvements, you're welcome to reach out.
I've kept the old record of how to setup PUBG in this article for educational purpose. It's a different method that was very effective in PUBG and might also work in other games.

22/12/17 UPDATE NOTE: PUBG Version 1.0.0 it's still possible to control analog but it comes with a new issue. The game is still very much unpolished and in its early development stage. We hope Bluehole is fast to fix many of these issues that are definitely not limited to the Wooting one, but anybody with a controller plugged into the PC and/or using a hybrid setup.
The video above is still valid, but since update V1.0.0 there's no more crouch-jump.
15/03/18 UPDATE NOTE: Bluehole made drastic changes to the Xinput controller mapping, they don't seem to allow adjusting the controller mapping in the config file anymore. Everytime the game is launched, it resets the controller input scheme to Type A.
This affects:
Walking - There's only 2 analog walking speeds other thank shift walking
Strafing - There's no more analog strafing. You can still walk forward and analog left and right.
Driving - Forward and backwards is now on Right and Left bumper keys respectively and can't be mapped to left joystick.
We will make a new profile setup as soon as possible.

Before you follow these instructions, be aware that it will reset all your PUBG settings to default with a couple of adjustments. When you change the keybinding settings in PUBG, do not change the movement key bindings.

To skip pesky in-game control bindings and PUBG beta hiccups/glitches, you need to replace the config folder settings.
Download: WindowsNoEditor-Wooting.rar
Unzip the file

Remove the files you've replaced in WindowsNoEditor, start the game and start binding your keys. This will reset all the changed settings.
A couple of known issues with the current PUBG build:
Switching in between controller/keyboard+mouse User Interface
PUBG will not recognize the keyboard controller if you startup your PC with the keyboard not plugged in.
Starting Version 1.0.0: Inventory issue
Xbox inventory UI will sometimes open when opening your inventory in the background. You will see it flash by now and then. If it is open in the background, you drag/drop items, it will move/reset your cursor to a fixed left top position.
You can minimize the chance of it happening by not moving before opening your inventory.
