This article lists all of the potential shipping methods with each available parcel carrier, and includes how long each typically takes.
Please note: These are estimations based on our experiences for the majority of shipments. Sometimes, individual shipments take longer than the timeframes listed here.

Good to know:
- Not every delivery address will be quoted every shipping method in our system. For example, UPS - Standard is only within the EU and UPS - Express Saver is only outside of the EU.
- If your shipment needs to clear local customs, that time is not included in the above estimates. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for customs clearance.
- The timing expectations start the moment the parcel is picked up by the carrier, which can be up to 2 days after the order gets fulfilled.
- Most North America orders get shipped out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Sometimes orders get shipped out of secondary warehouses operated by our fulfillment center, including:
- Allentown, Pennsylvania
- Fort Worth, Texas
- Jacksonville, Florida

Can I choose my parcel carrier on the NA Storefront?
Unfortunately it is not possible to select which carrier gets used by the North American fulfillment center.
The fulfillment center uses a mix of shipping carriers that depends on which services are included and shipping prices quoted per address.
- Economy shipping : USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GLS, VEHO, ACI Logistics, Better Trucks, or Blue Streak
- Expedited shipping: FedEx, UPS, USPS, AxleHire, or VEHO

Sometimes our US fulfillment center adds new parcel carriers without giving a heads up and the link parsing doesn't work correctly...
