There have been some cases of people pulling their keycaps sideways rather than upwards and because they are tight around the stem it may cause the stem to snap and be stuck inside. Background Certain games don't allow simultaneous input from a controller, keyboard and mouse. Because of this, it prevents you from making analog movement while at the same time controller the camera with your mouse for example. If you noticed the Wooting keyboard randomly pressing unintentional keys, specially caps-lock, tab or control. Then you likely have a very bright light source or sunlight directly pointing towards the Wooting at an angle. You can prevent this by making sure there is no light source pointing directly onto the Wooting from a side angle. If you're using a KVM and it's not picking up the Wooting keyboard, that might be because it doesn't support NKRO. You'll need to disable NKRO in the Wootility general settings. It will then revert to 6KRO.
